Can you let me know how i could correct a previous facelift. I had a Macs lift and the middle of my face and mouth is drooping especially the middle part at the underside of the face, and around the mouth, I have a cadaverous look because of that, not much fat to begin with. Tried fillers , sculptra but this does not correct the drooping in these areas. Can you suggest what kind of correction facelift do i need ? Thanks.

I have a large amount of skin hanging on my lower abdomen. I get sweaty underneath and frequently get yeast infections there not to mention the awful odor even though I use powders, etc. I also have a lot of back pain. Dr. Bellin, I had Malar cheek implants done about a yr.ago and my right cheek tingles and is numbe still and a little swollen. My teeth/gums on that side tingle and are numb too. The dr.did a reposition prceedure because he said the implant was pressing on a nerve and for about two months the tingling went away but has now come back and now I am experiencing a matalic feel/taste in the same area. I had a chin implant 16 months ago. If find that my chin now more and more changes. If I normally keep my mouth closed, two deep vertical lines like stretched skin show right over the tip of my chin . Further, above the implant / under my lip, a very deep horizontal wrinkle appeared which can be seen when I talk or eat, it really looks very unnatural. Last but not least, the overall surface of my skin of the chin gets more and more uneven on all places. I’m not sure what to do. I think the implant might be too large or too high.
